Ready to use platinum RTD Capsules have insulated lead wires welded and anchored internally. No splicing to fragile elements is required. This construction assures reliable rugged embedment, insertion or probe assembly. Fit in precision diameters from 0.086 to 0.187 inches. Standard sensors and encapsulation materials rated to 540°C (1000°F). Choose the moisture resistant versions for condensing conditions.

TFF Teflon® leads: –200°C to 260°C (–320°F to 500°F)
Kapton® leads: –200°C to 350°C (–320°F to 660°F)
Fiberglass leads: –75°C to 510°C (–100°F to 950°F)
Moisture resistant: –50°C to 200°C (–60°F to 390°F)

Moisture resistant 0.187 and 0.125 diameters rated 300 PS1.
